Orders & Production

Why does my order take longer than big retail brands?

Chaos Theøry operates on a print-on-demand model. That means each item is produced after you place your order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. This approach reduces waste and allows us to focus on quality, but it does take a few extra days. That’s the trade-off—and we’re comfortable with it.

How long does production take before shipping?

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. During new drops or high-volume periods, production may take slightly longer.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information is sent as soon as your order is on the way.

Products & Fit

Where are your products made?

Our products are fulfilled through Printful using ethically sourced materials and printed in U.S. facilities whenever possible. Production locations are selected to balance quality, speed, and reliability.

What materials do you use?

Materials vary by product, but most items are made from high-quality cotton or cotton blends designed for everyday wear—not disposable fast fashion.

How do your items fit?

Most Chaos Theøry apparel is unisex. Size charts are available on each product page. If you prefer a looser or oversized fit, sizing up is recommended.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes—with limits. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Store credit or exchanges are preferred, and refunds are reviewed case by case.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Are there items that can’t be returned?

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Care & Longevity

How should I wash and care for my merch?

For best results:

  • Wash inside out

  • Use cold water

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Do not iron directly on the print

Proper care helps preserve both fabric and print quality.

Yes. Chaos Theøry is rooted in lived experience, survival, and visibility. The designs reflect real conversations around mental health—not trends.

Is this meant to replace therapy or medical advice?

No. Chaos Theøry is apparel and expression, not treatment. We encourage professional support and qualified care when needed.
