Orders & Production
Why does my order take longer than something from a big retail store?
Because I don’t have a warehouse full of Chaos Theøry shirts sitting around waiting for somebody to buy them.
Most pieces are made after you place your order through my print-on-demand production partners. It keeps me from producing a bunch of stuff nobody asked for, but it does mean your order needs a little time to actually be made before it can ship.
How long does production usually take?
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. New drops, busy periods, or certain products can occasionally take a little longer.
Once it ships, you’ll get tracking information so you can watch it make its way to you instead of wondering where the hell it went.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Right now, Chaos Theøry ships within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
After production is finished and your order ships, delivery usually takes around 3–7 business days, depending on where you live and the carrier.
Production time and shipping time are separate, so keep both in mind when you’re waiting on an order.
Products & Fit
Who makes the products?
I use Printful and Printify for production and fulfillment, depending on the product. That means different items may be produced at different facilities.
I choose products based on the design, print options, quality, and whether the final piece actually makes sense for Chaos Theøry.
What materials do you use?
That depends on the product. Tees, hoodies, accessories, bags, drinkware, and the other random things I decide need Chaos Theøry all use different materials.
You’ll find the specific material and product details on the individual product page whenever they apply.
How do the clothes fit?
Most Chaos Theøry apparel is unisex, but sizing can vary depending on the blank and manufacturer.
Check the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you like a looser or oversized fit, sizing up may make sense, but the chart is always the better thing to go by instead of guessing and hoping for the best.
Refunds & Order Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Because most Chaos Theøry products are made to order, I do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, color preference, or other buyer-choice reasons.
Please check the product description and size chart before ordering. If you’re unsure about sizing, use the measurements on the product page instead of guessing and hoping for the best.
What if something arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or just plain wrong?
That’s different. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing what went wrong.
I’ll review it and work with the fulfillment provider to arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Do not mail anything back unless I specifically give you return instructions.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because products are made to order, ordering the wrong size does not qualify for a return or exchange.
If the item you received is a different size from the one you actually ordered, contact me within 7 days because that counts as an incorrect order.
Are limited or final-sale items returnable?
No. Final-sale, limited-release, and Chaos Vault items are not returnable or exchangeable unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
Care
How should I wash my Chaos Theøry clothes?
For most printed apparel, the safest routine is:
- Wash inside out
- Use cold water
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Don’t iron directly over the printed artwork
Your clothes will last longer if you don’t throw them into laundry warfare every week.
About Chaos Theøry
Is Chaos Theøry actually a mental-health brand?
Yes. Mental health isn’t something I added to the brand because it was trending. It’s the reason the brand exists in the first place.
The designs come from lived experience — diagnoses, medication, intrusive thoughts, hospital imagery, dark humor, survival, and all the complicated shit that usually gets cleaned up before people talk about it publicly.
Is any of this supposed to replace therapy or medical care?
No.
Chaos Theøry is clothing, art, expression, and lived experience. It is not therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional mental-health advice.
If you need professional support, please use an appropriately qualified medical or mental-health provider.
