We stand by every product stitched with survival — but we get it, sometimes chaos hits differently.
If something’s not right, we’ll help make it right. Below is our official return policy, powered by our fulfillment partner, Printful.
Return Window
To start a return, email hello@chaostheorystore.com with your order number and issue.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept general returns.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item shows up damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email us at hello@chaostheorystore.com with a photo and your order number.
We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it with a replacement or refund at our discretion.”
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order.If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@chaostheorystore.com.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
