Chaos Theøry is a print-on-demand brand. Every item is made after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and maintain quality, but it also means returns need clear guidelines.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Items showing signs of wear or use cannot be accepted.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Store credit or exchanges are preferred

Refunds are reviewed case by case

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or resolve it at no cost to you.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

A Note on Fit
Most Chaos Theøry apparel is unisex. Size charts are available on each product page. We strongly recommend reviewing them before ordering to avoid fit issues.
