Chaos Theøry Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Chaos Theøry currently ships within the United States only.

Production Time

Most Chaos Theøry products are made after you place your order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners, including Printful and Printify.

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. Certain products, new drops, or busy production periods may occasionally take a little longer.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

After production is complete and your order ships, delivery typically takes around 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of my control can affect delivery times.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and delivery destination.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, you may receive more than one package.

Chaos Theøry uses multiple fulfillment facilities and production partners, so different items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately.

Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may be lost, contact me at hello@chaostheorystore.com with your order number.

I’ll review the tracking information and work with the applicable fulfillment provider or carrier to investigate the issue.

Replacement or refund requests for lost packages are reviewed based on the circumstances of the order and carrier investigation.
