Order Processing

Each item is made to order — we don’t do boring, mass-produced stuff. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Once your order is created, printed, and quality-checked, it heads out to you straight from one of our fulfillment partners (we see you, Printful).

Shipping Times

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–8 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

These are estimates — chaos can’t always be timed perfectly. You’ll get tracking info the moment your order leaves our hands.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight.
We sometimes offer free shipping promos (because we love rebellion and rewards) — check our banner or newsletter for current offers.

Split Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately depending on where each product is fulfilled. You won’t be charged extra for that — it’s just how we keep the universe balanced.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@chaostheorystore.com with your order number.
We will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.
Replacement or refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes once the item enters their country. Unfortunately, we can’t control or predict those charges — bureaucracy is the real villain here.
