Chaos Theøry Research Division Embroidered Snapback | The Label Lab

I wanted at least one piece in The Label Lab that felt less like a statement shirt and more like something you’d actually get issued if Chaos Theøry had its own slightly questionable research department.

So this is basically the uniform.

It’s a black structured snapback with CHAOS THEØRY RESEARCH DIVISION embroidered across the front in aqua and toxic lime, with HUMAN SUBJECTS DEPT. tucked underneath.

Clean from a distance, a little unhinged once you actually read it.

That pretty much fits the collection.

The whole idea behind The Label Lab came from being labeled, evaluated, documented and turned into clinical language while still being an actual person underneath all of it. So instead of pretending the paperwork doesn’t exist, I decided to make my own department.

Apparently I’m running it now.

The embroidery keeps this one simpler than some of the louder pieces in the collection, but it still has that same clinical, slightly dystopian feel running through everything else.

Wear it with the rest of The Label Lab or just wear it because apparently being part of the Human Subjects Department sounds better than admitting none of us really know what the hell is going on.
