Chaos Theøry Incident Report Desk Mat | Chaos Vault VK-004

I’ve spent enough time feeling like my brain should come with an incident report that turning one into a desk mat felt pretty appropriate.

VK-004 is the Incident Report. The aftermath. The part where something clearly happened and now somebody is apparently supposed to explain it.

The artwork turns the whole desk into a classified Chaos Theøry case file with evidence fields, diagnostic notes, redactions, barcodes, status reports, and all the other official-looking paperwork required to document whatever the hell just happened.

It’s dark, clinical, slightly suspicious, and organized enough to make it look like I have my shit together.

The 16 × 32 inch desk mat gives you plenty of room for a keyboard, mouse, tablet, notebook, or whatever else currently lives on your desk. The smooth printed surface works for everyday computer use, gaming, writing, editing, and creative work, while the non-slip backing helps keep everything from sliding around when the rest of your life already is.

The VK-004 case-file artwork uses a black base with red and aqua details, classified markings, evidence sections, and Chaos Theøry branding. It belongs to the Chaos Vault Incident Report series, so it feels less like a random desk accessory and more like another piece of the file.
