The Survival Files came from the part of mental health people usually try to clean up before they talk about it.

I’ve spent most of my life dealing with my own chaos, and survival has never looked neat or inspirational to me.

Sometimes it looks like meds, therapy, dark humor, anger, exhaustion, stubbornness, spite, or just making it through one more damn day.

This collection was built around that reality.

The ugly parts.

The complicated parts.

The days when “still here” is the only win you’ve got.

Every piece carries some version of the same message:

Stay.

Your story isn’t finished.

You’re still here.

This limited Chaos Vault capsule was created for Suicide Awareness Month 2026, but the message doesn’t expire when September does.

No fake positivity.

No pretending everything is fixed.

No polished recovery story required.

Just real mental health, real survival, and the chaos that comes with being human.
